Do you service during holidays?
Yes, we do. But we have to apply our special holiday rate. Please send your inquiry to check for the price.
Can we cancel a booking once approved?
Yes, you can. You must inform us 24hrs minimum before the booking schedule to cancel it and to avoid any penalties. And 1 week minimum for monthly contracts.
Do you provide cleaning materials/equipment?
Yes, we do. You have to inform us when requesting for a booking. And the applicable rate will be provided.
Will you assign the same cleaner each time we make a booking?
It can be arranged, but depending on the cleaner’s availability.
What are your mode of payments?
You may arrange cash payment or bank transfer upon work completion. Please note that all bank charges must be covered by client. And for cash payments, please consider that our cleaners are not bringing with them cash for change. So may we request to kindly arrange the exact amount.
If we have complaints on your services or legal complaints on the cleaner, how do we approach?
You may please inform us immediately with the matter. We will immediately take action by starting with our investigaation and proceed accordingly.
